Requirements
All properties must be paid in full: no mortgage, maintenance fees, taxes, or special assessments owed. Any timeshares taken in after August 1st, the maintenance fees must be paid in full for the upcoming year or the transfer cannot be completed.
(Owner may retain usage for the upcoming year)
Process
Once we receive a faxed copy of our Property Transfer Agreement from you, we will start working on the transfer. We will contact the client and collect the documents required as well as the closing cost directly from them. The price below includes document preparation, filing, recording fees and transferring the timeshare OUT OF YOUR CLIENTS NAME.
Pricing
Pricing for Timeshare Relief is $899.00; this includes a transfer fee up to $500.00.
If transfer fee exceeds $500.00, the client will be required to pay the additional difference.
Time-Line
Transfers process takes up to 90 days after a deed of conveyance is signed and notarized.
